I have sent boohoo.com copies of my shipping labels five times now and a list of the items I have returned. Only with the response of can you send everything yet again. I am very frustrated with this company and I think despite the return policy on their website. There are no returns. I have liked and worn the items that I have decided to keep. But returns are too much of a hassle and I am not sure I will ever get my money back since I have been waiting since June for this to be resolved.
