UPS delivered a package to the wrong address.Speaking to their customer services dept I asked them to find out from the driver where he had left the package.
Only to be told that as the booking was made via Parcel2gGo
I could not initiate the procedure.As P2Go were not inclined to do so i am now left with no means of finding out who has the item.I do not advise anyone to use either of these services.
