Theft from the parcel.

My international parcel was delivered on the 25/10 with a huge hole in the side and a brand new laptop missing. It was clearly a theft as the laptop was in the description of the contents of my parcel. When I complained to Parcel2Go and demanded an investigation into the theft I was told that I need to contact the carrier ie., DPD who told me to go back to Parcel2Go. I find it an absolute disgrace that someone could deliver a parcel in such a state and now just ignores the customer as well as a case of thievery in their midst.
