I purchased a DELL laptop 6 months ago which unfortunately stopped working. I contacted curry’s where I purchased the laptop and was very worried when I was told I had to call the DELL call centre for help. My prejudices and past experiences with call centres abroad didn’t fill me with much hope but I have to say the service was outstanding. I am one very very happy DELL customer and even though the lap top mother board broke (no one’s perfect ) I would certainly stick with DELL for my next purchase.
