Parcel was picked up Monday 10th at 9.27am for delivery to Bristol under Yodel 48hrs service through the Parcel2Go website. The parcel still isn’t delivered and I’ve no idea where this parcel is and who is responsbile for the resolution. The customer complained they hadn’t received their parcel quite rightly. I asked parcel2go to get involved and to sort this out and their response was really poor. I was offered the tracking system is down I can’t get hold of Yodel etc etc. They also suggested I contact Yodel direct even though the contract is through parcel2go. Emailed CEO 14-11.
Yodel have “lost” the parcel and Parcel2Go have “offered” £20 through the tortuous claims process. I’m not takin gthis any advice?
15-11. Parcel2Go have now opened a claim and I quote to escalate to management (bear in mind I’d told them on Thursday). They are contacting the depot in other words the supplier Yodel. I’v ealready don ethis due to their ineptitude. My parcel has travelled all of 15 miles from me to sit in a Distribution Centre and appears at this stage to be lost. There is a buyer patiently waiting for this delivery a buyer having paid and expecting 48hr delivery. Shocking service beware.
