Non existent customer service

The service is absolutely awful, and merely acts as an obstacle between you and the courier.
Paid a premium to send a parcel 24 hour delivery. A full 24 hours after estimated delivery date there is no sign of the parcel.
Contacted this firm only to be told they need to contact the courier and need to wait up to two days for a response! This is worse than economy delivery, and I have no way of finding out what’s happened.

When I requested an email address to send my complaint to I was told there was not one. Also the chat service took 20 mins to tell me this – due to the the unsurprising number of chats. I wonder why!

Use these to find a price then contact the courier directly.
