Arranged a courier collection via Parce2go, they sent to couriers and collected the incorrect parcel. The parcel they collected was worth £1600 when the one they should have collected was worth £20. They could not find the parcel they incorrectly collected and would not help at all. They offered £50 stating that I did not take extended insurance and they would not entertain the fact that I did not arrange insurance as they should not have collected the parcel.

  1. They took my payment for same day collection which was a week ago. Having spent a very frustrating 45 minutes yesterday and a further hour today they still couldn’t confirm the parcel would definately be collected when agreed. I paid for a service to get the parcel to USA by tomorrow and it’s still sitting here. I am hoping to get a refund. I would not recommend this company as you cannot even speak to someone. Not sure how they stay in business
