Really stay clear of these guys. I’ve been waiting for a parcel sent ten days ago. It was initially sent with an incorrect postcode (the last letter was written as an L instead of an E), so it was returned & the website tracking page said ‘Not Delivered – Address Query’. Noticing the error I contacted them via Live Chat. They accepted my change of address after providing some details the sender gave me (though Royal Mail postcode finder would give them the correct postcode in about 5 seconds if they bothered to check). That was Friday. I chatted again on Tuesday – they’d heard nothing back but it hadn’t been 2 full working days yet. Today (Thursday) I was told it was being returned to sender. Why? They have a perfectly good address now & they’re contracted to deliver. The chat ‘help’ line was essentially useless. I’ve stayed in several days in case the parcel arrives & wasting lots of time chasing it as best I can. At the other end the sender has been equally frustrated. I’ll never use them to deliver anything of mine, they shouldn’t be in business if they can’t do such a simple job.
