Why do I have to register on your site?
Simply out of legal reasons, security issues and to discourage spammers and users who like to misuse sites where they can add content without any control.
In addition a registration enables you to manage your profile which you would not be able to do without a registration.
Of course we can assure you that we will never pass on your personal details!
What do you do if a user posts inappropriate content?
Simple, inappropriate content will be deleted. We try to constantly monitor any submitted content but there may be situations where we have missed such content.
Should you spot any or think content is inappropriate, please feel free to flag it by clicking on "Report inappropriate content".
What if a company doesn't like a review and wants it removed from the site?
We appreciate that it's not necessarily fun to read negative customer feedback about your own company or business but a review is an opinion and in this country people are allowed to have opinions and share them openly. We occasionally delete reviews at the requests of well meaning companies that have demonstrated an effort to rectify a situation without getting a reply from the customer. FrustratedCustomers.co.uk also exists to help companies and has no interest in penalizing them when they are trying to solve a customer complaint.

Yes you can edit or delete your complaints. Log in with your user email address and password, then simply manage your complaints under "My Complaints".
