I sent a valuable parcel over a month ago, during the process it was left somewhere for 3 weeks where it remained until I got in contact with the company.
They were unable to say why it had been left somewhere, or answer my main concern – if it had been damaged.
I have now been waiting a further 8 days for it to be returned to parcel 2 go , no one currently knows where it is, or what condition it is in.
I requested a phone call from them today and told I would have to wait 2 days!
I certainly will not be trusting this company with any of my items again.
Have you tracked the parcel to see what happened during the delivery process? It might be worth making a claim via their website to get your money back since the parcel must surely now be regarded as lost.
